• • The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a pivotal role in Second Nature’s growth by identifying and qualifying potential Property Manager clients for the Resident Benefits Package (RBP), serving as a crucial stepping stone to an Account Executive role with clear career advancement opportunities.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting 70-100+ outbound calls per day, scheduling 15+ demos monthly, qualifying leads through discovery, researching prospects using Seamless.io, Zillow, and Google, managing pipelines in Salesforce and Salesloft, and collaborating with sales and marketing on targeted outreach campaigns.
