📋 Description
- • Enterprise Account Executive (EU) at Kombo, a unified API for HR, payroll, and recruiting systems, responsible for driving revenue growth by owning a significant portion of the company’s 2026 revenue targets and helping to scale the EU sales team.
- • Day-to-day activities include hunting and closing new business, managing full sales cycles from prospecting to closing, working with BDRs to generate pipeline, advising customers on market challenges, improving sales processes, mentoring new team members, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, product, and growth teams.
- • Kombo is a fast-growing B2B startup backed by Y Combinator, Volition Capital, and Acadian Ventures, with 8-figure revenue, hundreds of customers, $30M+ in funding, and a team of 50+ across Berlin and NYC, focused on enabling seamless integrations with 120+ HR and recruiting platforms.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience selling in an early-stage B2B startup (seed to Series C)
- • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; German is a big plus
- • Ability to manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing, including hunting new business and negotiating deals
