📋 Description
- • Enterprise Account Executive – Federal role focused on building Pano AI’s presence in U.S. federal agencies to combat wildfires using AI and IoT technology.
- • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales pursuits including opportunity shaping, RFI/RFP response, and post-award execution for BLM, USDA Fire, and DOI.
- • Engage decision-makers across program, procurement, and executive levels to align solutions with mission outcomes and public safety ROI.
- • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Capture Support teams to tailor proposals and represent federal customer voice internally.
- • Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and transparent communication while operating as a disciplined hunter in long, regulated sales cycles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–10+ years of enterprise SaaS, data, or technology sales experience with mandatory federal sales background.
- • Proven success engaging agencies such as DoD, DHS, DOE, DOI, or USDA.
- • Hands-on experience leading end-to-end RFI/RFP responses and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder procurement cycles.
- • Track record of self-generated pipeline creation and consistent quota attainment in high-growth environments.
