- • As an Enterprise Account Executive (Federal) at LangChain, you will lead the company's expansion into U.S. federal agencies by owning the full sales cycle and driving adoption of AI agent infrastructure in mission-critical environments.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to federal prospects and customers across DoD, Civilian Agencies, and the Intelligence Community, translating technical capabilities into mission-aligned value while navigating complex procurement mechanisms like GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, and BPAs.
- • You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, solutions engineering, and professional services teams to shape LangChain’s federal go-to-market motion from the ground up, building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and system integrators.
- • In this high-impact role, you will help define the federal sales playbook, bring customer insights to product and engineering, and contribute directly to LangChain’s mission of making intelligent agents ubiquitous in real-world government applications.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience selling complex software to enterprise or federal customers, with at least 3+ years focused on U.S. federal accounts (DoD, Civilian, and/or IC)
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding federal revenue targets, ideally $2M+ ARR annually
- • Deep familiarity with federal procurement mechanisms including GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, BPAs, and direct agency contract vehicles
- • Ability to translate complex technical concepts (LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, APIs) into mission-aligned value for both technical and non-technical government buyers
- • Established relationships across federal agencies and the system integrator ecosystem
- • Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and is energized by building impact from the ground up
