- • As an Enterprise Account Executive, Fintech at Chainalysis, you will drive revenue growth by selling blockchain analytics and compliance solutions to financial services institutions, fintechs, and enterprise clients across North America, directly contributing to the company’s mission of enabling safe and confident blockchain adoption in regulated industries.
- • You will own the full sales cycle for complex enterprise deals, from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation and closure, while expanding existing accounts through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives, ensuring consistent quota attainment and market penetration in the high-growth fintech sector.
- • You will build and nurture trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders at banks, asset managers, payment processors, and crypto-native firms, translating technical blockchain capabilities into clear business outcomes that align with compliance, risk management, and innovation goals.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams to refine messaging, shape go-to-market strategies, and ensure seamless solution delivery that enhances customer satisfaction and retention.
- • You will develop and execute data-driven territory and account plans grounded in market intelligence, competitive analysis, and regional trends, enabling predictable forecasting and sustainable growth in your assigned footprint.
- • You will represent Chainalysis at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings, delivering compelling presentations that demystify blockchain analytics for non-technical audiences while establishing the company as a thought leader in financial crime prevention and regulatory technology.
- • You will mentor and share best practices with junior sales teammates, contributing to a high-performance culture rooted in curiosity, resilience, and customer-centric selling.
- • You will continuously deepen your expertise in blockchain technology, financial regulations (AML/KYC), and emerging fintech use cases, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who bridges technical innovation with real-world business impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of selling into the financial services industry (including banking, fintech, asset management, or payments)
- • Consistent history of over-achieving sales quotas in complex, consultative, and long-cycle enterprise sales environments
- • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders
