  • • As a Founding Enterprise Account Executive at UP.Labs, you will play a pivotal role in launching a stealth AI-powered platform that transforms freight billing and revenue integrity for enterprise logistics operators by unifying data, automating invoice validation, and resolving discrepancies in real time—turning revenue chaos into predictable financial outcomes.
  • • You will work directly with the CEO to define and execute the go-to-market strategy from the ground up, owning the full sales cycle for early enterprise customers, shaping product positioning, and building trust with operational and financial stakeholders in complex, ambiguous environments.
  • • The team at UP.Labs is composed of experienced founders and operators focused on building high-growth technology startups that improve the movement of people and goods, with a strong emphasis on equity ownership, scalable technology from day one, and deep industry focus in mobility and logistics.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise sales within the logistics and fintech intersection, refine early-stage GTM motions, influence product roadmap through customer insights, and gain significant equity upside by helping scale a venture with enterprise-scale potential from 0→1.
  • • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close for early enterprise customers, managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals across operations, finance, and executive teams with sales cycles typically ranging from 6 to 12+ months.
  • • Source and create your own pipeline through outbound efforts, leveraging existing relationships in freight, logistics, 3PLs, brokerage, or payments ecosystems, as there is no pre-built lead engine—requiring entrepreneurial initiative and creative deal-making.
  • • Engage early customers as a strategic partner by deeply understanding their billing, invoicing, and operational workflows, identifying pain points, and guiding them through successful onboarding and adoption in close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • • Partner with the CEO, product, and engineering to define the ideal customer profile (ICP), refine messaging, develop early sales playbooks, and shape pricing, packaging, and deal structure based on real-world customer feedback and market dynamics.
  • • Act as the voice of the customer by translating insights from conversations into actionable product feedback, identifying patterns in needs and objections, and helping prioritize features that drive revenue integrity and cash-flow automation.
  • • Build trust quickly with both operational leaders (e.g., heads of freight operations, billing managers) and executive stakeholders (e.g., CFOs, COOs) by demonstrating domain expertise in freight billing complexity and financial workflows.
  • • Negotiate and structure strategic agreements in ambiguous, early-stage environments where standard contracts may not apply, requiring adaptability, business acumen, and a comfort with shaping deal terms from scratch.
  • • Contribute to the development of a repeatable GTM motion by documenting successful sales patterns, objection handling techniques, and customer journey maps that can scale as the company grows.
  • • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM while operating with high autonomy and minimal process, relying on self-discipline and ownership to drive results.
  • • Stay deeply informed about trends in logistics technology, freight market dynamics, and emerging AI applications in financial operations to anticipate customer needs and position the platform effectively.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic accounts, or similar roles with a proven track record of sourcing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (often 6–12+ month cycles).
  • • Experience selling into logistics, freight, supply chain, or payments ecosystems is strongly preferred, with familiarity in billing, payments, audit, or financial workflows being a significant advantage.
  • • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline independently in early-stage or undefined environments, including sourcing opportunities through outbound, relationships, and creative deal-making without reliance on marketing-generated leads.
