- • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Enterprise (ENT) in ASEAN at Deel, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s growth by identifying and qualifying high-value prospects across Southeast Asia, directly contributing to pipeline generation and revenue expansion in one of the world’s fastest-growing SaaS companies.
- • You will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth through strategic inbound and outbound prospecting, engaging with decision-makers in HR, finance, and operations to uncover pain points and position Deel’s all-in-one global payroll and HR platform as the solution for scaling international teams compliantly and efficiently.
- • Generate new business opportunities through targeted inbound and outbound prospecting using email, phone, LinkedIn, social channels, and campaign-based outreach tailored to enterprise accounts in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
- • Research and qualify prospective clients by analyzing organizational structure, hiring patterns, global workforce needs, and compliance challenges to determine readiness for Deel’s platform.
- • Develop and execute personalized outreach sequences, including multi-touch email campaigns and strategic cold-calling, to penetrate key accounts and initiate conversations with C-suite, VP, and director-level stakeholders.
- • Engage with existing customers to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, particularly around adding new countries, worker types, or complementary modules like benefits, equipment, or performance management.
- • Educate and nurture leads through the buyer journey by sharing relevant case studies, product insights, and compliance updates that address regional labor laws and payroll complexities unique to ASEAN markets.
- • Maintain pristine data hygiene in Salesforce and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), logging all activities, touchpoints, and qualification criteria to ensure accurate forecasting and seamless handoffs.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure timely, context-rich handoffs of qualified opportunities, including detailed account maps, stakeholder insights, and next-step recommendations.
- • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging, test campaign effectiveness, and provide frontline feedback on product positioning and market responsiveness in the ASEAN region.
- • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for qualified meetings, Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs), and pipeline contribution, aligning with Deel’s aggressive growth targets.
- • Participate in ongoing enablement programs, including call coaching, product deep-dives, and sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) to continuously sharpen your skills in a high-performance culture.
- • Join a global, mission-driven team of over 7,000 Deelites spanning 100+ countries, where innovation, speed, and customer impact are celebrated, and where your contributions directly support the vision of enabling borderless work.
- • Be part of a company recognized as a CNBC Disruptor 50, Forbes Cloud 100 honoree, and Deloitte Fast 500 leader, backed by a $17.3B valuation and over $1B in ARR, offering unparalleled exposure to the future of global work.
- • Grow your career in a high-velocity environment where top performers are fast-tracked into Account Executive, Sales Leadership, or Sales Enablement roles, supported by mentorship, peer learning, and internal mobility opportunities.
- • Develop deep expertise in global HR tech, cross-border compliance, and enterprise sales strategy—skills that are highly transferable and in demand across the tech industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in sales development, business development, or outbound commercial roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline-generation targets.
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft persuasive, personalized outreach messages and engage C-level stakeholders across email, phone, and social platforms.
- • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation, with the ability to manage multiple outreach sequences, prioritize high-intent leads, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first, high-growth environment.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Stock grant opportunities tied to role, performance, and location, offering direct ownership in one of the most valuable private SaaS companies globally.
- • Fully remote work flexibility with optional access to WeWork spaces and other coworking environments to support productivity and collaboration.
