📋 Description

• As an Enterprise Account Executive at ElevenLabs, you will drive growth across Germany's largest enterprises by selling cutting-edge AI voice technology to C-level and senior decision-makers, directly contributing to the company's mission of transforming human-technology interaction through innovative audio AI solutions.
• Day to day, you will build and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts in Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Utilities; identify new business opportunities using ElevenAgents and other platforms; lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles; develop account strategies; partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering; and act as a trusted advisor educating clients on generative AI and voice interfaces.

• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in conversational AI for regulated industries, refine your ability to translate technical AI capabilities into measurable business value, expand your network within German enterprise leadership, and contribute to defining the go-to-market strategy for a rapidly scaling AI innovator.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of quota‑carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API‑driven platforms
• Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement
• Well-connected in the German enterprise landscape, with an existing network of senior individuals and strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at the C‑suite and board level
• Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders; ability to translate complex technology into business value
• Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Germany, with the ability to accelerate deal velocity within complex organizational structures
• Native or full professional proficiency in German; strong English for internal collaboration
