📋 Description

  • As an Enterprise Account Executive (LATAM) at Varicent Software Inc., you will be an influential member of the global sales team, driving revenue growth by selling Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions to enterprise clients across Latin America. This role is critical to helping CEOs inspire performance through smarter go-to-market strategies, improved seller performance, and optimized sales compensation—directly impacting customer revenue success.
  • Day to day, you will develop prospecting strategies with Business Development resources, identify ideal customers in the LATAM region, create and execute sales strategies in alignment with sales leadership, manage pricing and contract negotiations, and ensure customer requirements are fully understood and met throughout the sales cycle. You will operate as an individual contributor, owning your quota and pipeline while collaborating cross-functionally to scale processes and elevate sales excellence.

  • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SPM and SaaS sales, become a product expert in incentive compensation management (ICM), and consistently exceed quotas over time. Within 12 months, you will be recognized as a subject matter expert in the SPM space, have a proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals, and contribute meaningfully to Varicent’s market leadership in Latin America through strategic C-level engagement and revenue impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ years of proven closing and quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software solutions
  • Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships and selling to C-suite executives in major SaaS accounts
  • Confidence managing high-volume pipelines in dynamic, rapidly changing environments
  • Proven success selling into larger companies in LATAM
  • Interest in ICM and/or CRM/SaaS technology space, with ability to become a subject matter expert quickly
