📋 Description

• As an Enterprise Account Executive (m/w/d) – Data & AI at Public Cloud Group AG, you will drive the translation of the company’s Machine Learning and Generative AI expertise into real customer projects, acting as a trusted advisor for complex cloud and data initiatives in the mid-market and enterprise segments.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle through data-driven CRM analysis to activate warm leads, selling enabling workshops, modular AI foundations, and Lighthouse use cases, conducting maturity assessments for value-based selling, optimizing deals using hyperscaler incentives, and contributing to go-to-market strategy development.
• You will work directly with the Lead Data & AI in a dynamic, non-hierarchical environment within the Data & AI Area, where you have significant autonomy to shape and expand the business in the DACH region, supported by a team of nearly 500 cloud experts across 21 European locations.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise AI and cloud sales, develop strategic customer relationships at the C-level, gain hands-on experience with GTM strategy and partner ecosystems, and grow professionally through certifications, training, and leadership opportunities in a fast-growing, innovative team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise IT sales, preferably in cloud, data, or complex IT environments, with a track record of building long-term trust with C-level stakeholders.
• Strong technological understanding of modern cloud infrastructures and data architectures, including familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP ecosystems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Passion for AI and a maker’s mindset, combined with high personal learning agility and enthusiasm for collaborating with people to build a new team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value, and fluency in both German and English for international engagements.
• Ideal experience in selling managed services and supporting sustainable IT implementations.
• Demonstrated team orientation, drive, and results-driven collaboration within a diverse, innovative team.
