- • Serve as an Enterprise Account Executive (m/w/d) focused exclusively on Google Cloud & AI solutions within the DACH region, driving new customer acquisition and complex deal closures in the enterprise and corporate segment.
- • Own the full sales cycle from strategic account identification and lead generation to negotiation and closing of Professional Services deals with a minimum deal size of €300K.
- • Develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies targeting strategic enterprise accounts, aligning customer digital agendas with Google’s cloud and AI transformation capabilities.
- • Act as a Trusted Advisor to C-level stakeholders, positioning PCG as the leading partner for cloud transformation by delivering strategic insights and tailored solutions.
- • Collaborate closely with Google’s sales team and internal Pre-Sales experts to co-pitch technically complex, customer-specific cloud solutions and enable successful deal execution.
- • Manage and strengthen the strategic ecosystem partnership with Google and key channel partners to generate joint leads and enhance market presence, including active participation in industry events and summits.
- • Utilize HubSpot CRM to strategically manage pipeline, generate accurate sales forecasts, and report performance directly to management with transparency and precision.
- • Drive independent, results-oriented sales activities with no people management responsibilities—focus remains solely on pipeline growth, new customer acquisition, and deal velocity.
- • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts by deeply understanding their business objectives and translating them into scalable cloud and AI adoption roadmaps.
- • Lead high-stakes negotiations and complex procurement processes, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, technical feasibility, and commercial terms.
- • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform, leveraging this mastery to articulate transformative value propositions to enterprise clients.
- • Demonstrate excellence in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management in both German and English, ensuring clarity and credibility at all levels of client organizations.
- • Work flexibly across remote, hybrid, or office settings within Austria, with options to operate from PCG’s offices in Linz or Vienna.
- • Participate in regular team events, including Hackathons, summer parties, and Christmas celebrations, fostering a collaborative and high-energy team culture.
- • Engage in continuous learning through company-sponsored training, labs, and certifications on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and SAP to deepen technical and commercial expertise.
- • Maintain a high-performance mindset with strong self-motivation, target-driven behavior, and a proactive approach to uncovering untapped market opportunities.
- • Deliver consistent, measurable sales outcomes through disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and proactive deal enablement with delivery teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven Hunter-DNA with multiple years of experience in Enterprise Solution Sales within IT/Cloud Professional Services, with demonstrable deal experience exceeding €300K
- • Strategic C-level engagement expertise, including the ability to act as a Trusted Advisor and present complex cloud transformation strategies to executive stakeholders
- • Deep understanding of Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform, with proven ability to articulate their business value in enterprise contexts
- • Experience managing vendor and partner ecosystems, particularly with Google, to co-generate leads and drive joint sales outcomes
- • Fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- • Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, for pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting
