• • Enterprise Account Executive, New Business Acquisition role based in Singapore (Remote) responsible for prospecting and closing new business across the Asia region for Grafana Labs, a remote-first open-source observability company with over 20M users and 3,000+ enterprise customers including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay.
• • Day-to-day activities include identifying and closing new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle (prospecting, demos, POCs, proposals, negotiations), generating sales via outbound and inbound channels, articulating product value to technical and business stakeholders, managing pipeline in Salesforce, handling quotes and order processing, and handing off strong customer relationships to the Growth team post-sale.
