  • • As an Enterprise Account Executive at LangChain, you will drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI agent technology by owning the full sales cycle for enterprise customers in the New Jersey region, directly contributing to the company’s mission of making intelligent agents ubiquitous across industries.
  • • You will act as a trusted advisor to technical decision-makers at leading enterprises, translating complex generative AI capabilities into tangible business value and helping shape how GenAI is adopted in real-world applications.
  • • You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless transitions from proof-of-concept to production deployment, while feeding customer insights back into product roadmap development.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, with a strong emphasis on consistent follow-up, relationship building, and solution-oriented problem solving to keep deals moving forward.
  • • You will lead proof-of-concept initiatives in partnership with sales engineers and product experts, designing and executing tailored demonstrations that showcase the measurable impact of LangChain’s platform on customer workflows and AI team productivity.
  • • You will stay current on product innovations and industry trends in generative AI, enabling you to educate prospects, anticipate objections, and position LangChain as the strategic partner for scalable, production-ready agent engineering.
  • • You will negotiate pricing, deal terms, and contract details in coordination with legal and finance teams, ensuring agreements are both commercially sound and aligned with customer needs and LangChain’s go-to-market strategy.
  • • You will synthesize field insights from customer interactions and feed them back to product and engineering teams, directly influencing feature prioritization, usability improvements, and future product direction.
  • • You will help define, test, and refine LangChain’s sales playbook and GTM motion, leveraging your experience to build scalable processes from the ground up in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.
  • • You will cultivate long-term, strategic relationships with enterprise clients, working post-sale with deployment and support teams to ensure successful adoption, expansion, and advocacy that drives net revenue retention.
  • • You will thrive in an unstructured, entrepreneurial environment where initiative, curiosity, and resilience are rewarded, and where your contributions have visible impact on both revenue growth and the evolution of AI agent technology in the enterprise.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of proven experience selling complex software solutions to enterprise-level customers, preferably in developer tools, AI/ML, or cloud infrastructure domains.
  • • Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly with technical stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and CTOs, through deep curiosity, empathy, and consultative selling.
  • • Strong technical acumen enabling credible conversations about generative AI, LLMs, agent frameworks, and MLOps, with the ability to translate product capabilities into business outcomes.
  • • Proven success in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments where ambiguity is high and self-direction is required to drive results.
  • • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively to both technical and executive audiences.
  • • Passion for generative AI and a genuine interest in helping customers navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of AI agent adoption and implementation.
