- • As an Enterprise Account Executive for the Nordics market at Optro Inc., you will drive business transformation by owning an enterprise territory of large publicly listed and privately held accounts, focusing on new logo acquisition and existing logo expansion in a remote-first role based in Sweden.
- • Day to day, you will operate as an individual contributor reporting to the Area Director EMEA, acting as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers by linking Optro’s audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform to compelling business cases that secure CFO approval and executive sponsorship, while collaborating with Sales Engineering, Demand Generation, Business Value Consulting, and Big 4 Alliance partners throughout complex sales cycles.
- • You will join a high-performing, innovative sales team at Optro, a leading audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform trusted by over 50% of the Fortune 500 and recognized as one of the 500 fastest-growing tech companies in North America for seven consecutive years, where a culture of customer obsession, gritty resilience, and win-together mentality fuels success.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise technology sales, master consultative selling techniques, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and advance your career in a fast-growing SaaS environment with opportunities to influence strategic outcomes and earn recognition for driving measurable business impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with enterprise technology
- • Proven success in complex sales cycles and securing new logos through value selling
- • Experience collaborating with sales engineering, demand generation, business value consulting, and external partners such as Big 4 Alliance firms
