  • • As an Enterprise Account Executive for Owners, Developers, GC (OGC) at Built Technologies Inc., you will articulate the value proposition of Built’s AI-powered real estate financing and construction platform to executives at large commercial real estate developers, investors, and general contractors. This role is critical to transforming an industry still reliant on pen, paper, and Excel by driving adoption of a comprehensive operating system that powers over $300 billion in active projects.
  • • Day to day, you will develop and execute sales strategies within your assigned market segment, conduct deep discovery and qualification of prospects, deliver compelling value propositions to C-suite executives with limited software experience, build business cases including ROI and workflow illustrations, progress opportunities through various construction-sector companies to close software agreements, and coordinate with internal teams (client services, product, marketing, sales engineers) to ensure exceptional client experience and continuous product improvement.
  • • You will join the Owner, Developer, and General Contractor Sales Team — one of Built’s most impactful and business-critical teams — tasked with revolutionizing a multi-trillion dollar market still underserved by technology. This is a foundational opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy for a new product line at a fast-growing company serving 350+ lenders, 80,000+ borrowers and owners, and thousands of contractors.
  • • In this role, you will rapidly master the real estate and construction markets, Built’s product suite, and enterprise sales methodologies, with clear pathways to exceed quotas, grow into leadership, and make a lasting impact on an industry undergoing digital transformation. Success here means not only hitting targets but helping redefine how the world builds.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years experience running the full sales cycle of a software solution using a consultative approach
  • • Enterprise software sales experience, especially in slow-to-adopt or complex verticals
  • • Understanding of and/or experience with finance or construction industries is a plus
  • • Demonstrated knowledge/experience regarding back-office operations
  • • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets
  • • Superb interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills
  • • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • • Unquestionable integrity, work ethic, and sense of ownership
  • • Comfortable working in a high-growth environment
  • • Travel Requirement: This role requires approximately 15-25% travel, as needed to support business priorities
