  • • Enterprise Account Executive responsible for selling Abnormal Security’s AI-powered email security solutions to enterprise accounts (3k+ mailbox organizations) within the Mid-Atlantic territory, driving new ARR and exceeding quota through strategic prospecting and deal execution.
  • • Day-to-day activities include prospecting and generating new business opportunities, managing full sales cycles from initial conversation to contract signing and expansion, collaborating with Customer Success on renewals and upsells, maintaining accurate data in Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan, and acting as the customer voice internally with SEs, Product, Marketing, and CS teams to align priorities and close revenue.

The Mid-Atlantic team is part of a high-performance sales organization operating in a competitive, incumbent-heavy market, where success depends on disciplined hunting, technical fluency, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • • The role offers the opportunity to master enterprise SaaS sales in a high-growth cybersecurity environment, develop deep expertise in selling to CISOs and security leaders, refine a repeatable sales methodology, and build a track record of overachieving quota while contributing to team knowledge through documented insights and deal lessons.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Enterprise Account Hunter with 3+ years of direct (not overlay) experience selling into enterprise-sized organizations (3k+ employee count), including prospecting, winning new logos, and expanding major accounts in competitive, incumbent-heavy environments.
  • • Proven performer with consistent over-quota performance and/or ranked in the top 5% of the sales organization.
  • • Experience selling subscription software/SaaS to CISOs and security personnel with average deal sizes of $100k+.
  • • Start-up experience: Success at an early-stage, underdog, or new entrant company facing large competitors with limited resources.
  • • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • • Technically competent in key areas: security, email, cloud, and AI.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Base salary range: $144,500 – $170,000 USD.
