📋 Description

  • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Varicent, you will be an influential member of the global sales team, driving revenue success by selling Sales Performance Management (SPM) software to enterprise clients and helping CEOs inspire performance through smarter go-to-market strategies and increased seller effectiveness.
  • Day to day, you will develop prospecting strategies with Business Development resources, identify ideal customers in your region, create and execute sales strategies with sales leadership, manage pricing and contract negotiations, and ensure customer requirements are understood and met throughout the sales cycle.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ years of proven closing and quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software solutions
  • Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships and selling to executives in major SaaS accounts
  • Confidence managing high-volume pipelines in dynamic, rapidly changing environments
  • Interest in ICM and/or CRM/SaaS tech space with ambition to become a subject matter expert
  • Hustle, determination, entrepreneurial ambition, customer-centric approach, and deep sales expertise
  • Proven success selling into larger LATAM companies
