📋 Description

  • As an Enterprise Account Executive at ClickUp, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by securing and expanding relationships with high-value enterprise clients, directly contributing to the mission of transforming how teams work through an AI-powered unified workspace.
  • You will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to closing and expansion—ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets while positioning ClickUp as the strategic productivity platform of choice for large organizations.
  • The role is based in ClickUp’s San Diego office with a hybrid work model requiring 3–4 days in-office per week, offering the chance to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, mission-driven environment focused on innovation and customer impact.
  • You will engage in proactive outbound prospecting, leveraging marketing-qualified leads and networking to identify and convert strategic enterprise accounts, building a robust pipeline that supports both new business acquisition and expansion within existing customers.
  • You will develop and execute tailored account strategies, mapping complex organizational structures to engage key decision-makers and stakeholders, aligning ClickUp’s capabilities with specific business challenges to deliver measurable ROI and drive adoption across departments.
  • You will lead compelling product demonstrations and executive presentations, articulating the value of ClickUp’s converged AI workspace—unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search—to influence purchasing decisions and accelerate sales cycles.
  • You will partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine lead generation, optimize handoffs, and maximize expansion revenue by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within installed accounts.
  • You will analyze market trends and customer segments to uncover emerging opportunities, continuously improving pipeline quality and sales effectiveness through data-informed decision-making and process discipline.
  • You will contribute to a culture of collaboration and learning, gaining deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, land-and-expand motions, and AI-driven productivity solutions while advancing your career in a high-growth, innovative company shaping the future of work.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with full-cycle ownership of large, complex enterprise deals, including building consensus across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven success in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas and driving expansion revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs) in a professional, timely, and detail-oriented manner.
