  • As an Enterprise Account Executive at ClickUp, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by securing and expanding relationships with high-value enterprise clients. This position is critical to ClickUp’s mission of redefining productivity through its converged AI workspace, where you’ll help organizations break down silos, streamline workflows, and unlock new levels of efficiency using an integrated platform of tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and AI-powered search.
  • You will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle—from initial prospecting and outreach to closing complex deals and driving post-sale expansion—ensuring consistent achievement of aggressive revenue targets while contributing to ClickUp’s vision of becoming the central hub for modern work.

  • Your day-to-day will involve proactive outbound prospecting, strategic account planning, and engaging C-suite and departmental stakeholders to identify pain points and tailor ClickUp’s platform to their unique operational needs.
  • You will lead discovery workshops, deliver customized product demonstrations, and articulate clear ROI narratives that align ClickUp’s capabilities with enterprise-level business objectives, particularly around workflow consolidation, cross-functional collaboration, and AI-driven productivity gains.
  • Collaboration is key: you’ll partner closely with Marketing to refine lead quality, with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and adoption, and with Product teams to relay customer feedback that shapes future innovation.
  • You will continuously analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and account health to refine your approach, prioritize high-potential opportunities, and improve pipeline quality through data-informed decision-making.
  • A major focus will be executing a land-and-expand strategy—gaining initial footholds within target accounts and then systematically expanding usage across departments, use cases, and user licenses to maximize lifetime value.
  • You will manage complex, multi-threaded sales processes involving legal, procurement, IT, and executive stakeholders, navigating lengthy sales cycles with precision, persistence, and process discipline.
  • Accurate forecasting, diligent CRM hygiene (using tools like Salesforce), and regular reporting on pipeline health, win rates, and expansion potential will be essential to your success and the predictability of ClickUp’s revenue engine.
  • Over time, you’ll develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, stakeholder management, and AI-powered productivity solutions—positioning you as a trusted advisor to clients and a high-impact contributor to ClickUp’s go-to-market strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience owning large, complex enterprise deals, including building consensus across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven success in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a documented track record of achieving $1M+ annual quotas and driving expansion revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
  • Demonstrated experience managing RFIs and RFQs, coupled with a process-driven mindset and obsessive attention to detail in pipeline management and deal execution.
