📋 Description
- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at CodeRabbit, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling the Enterprise Sales team from the ground up, directly contributing to revenue growth by owning the full sales cycle and driving closed-won business in the fast-evolving GenAI space.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively identifying and targeting ideal customer profiles through outbound sales efforts, managing the entire sales process from initial contact to product demo, negotiation, and closing, while continuously improving sales processes and playbooks to increase deal velocity and size.
- • You will join a mission-driven, innovative research and development company focused on creating human-machine collaboration systems that enhance software development efficiency and quality through GenAI-powered code review tools, working closely with founders and the GTM leadership team.
- • In this role, you will develop deep technical expertise in CodeRabbit’s platform, sharpen your consultative selling skills, and grow as a trusted advisor to technical stakeholders, with opportunities to shape enterprise sales strategy and advance quickly within a high-growth startup culture.
