  • • As an Enterprise Account Executive at LangChain, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the adoption of cutting-edge AI agent technology across enterprise organizations, directly contributing to the company’s mission of making intelligent agents ubiquitous by helping technical teams move from AI prototypes to production-ready solutions.
  • • You will own the full sales cycle for complex software sales to enterprise customers in the South Central region, driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with high-potential technical buyers at innovative companies.
  • • Day to day, you will prospect and manage a pipeline of enterprise leads, conducting discovery calls to understand technical and business challenges, and positioning LangChain’s suite of products—including LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, and Agent Builder—as solutions for real-world AI agent development and deployment.
  • • You will act as a trusted advisor to prospects, demonstrating deep product knowledge and technical acumen to build credibility with engineers, architects, and decision-makers, while tailoring conversations to show how LangChain solves specific problems in generative AI adoption.
  • • You will lead proof-of-concept initiatives in collaboration with sales engineers and product experts, designing and executing technical evaluations that showcase tangible value and accelerate customer decision-making.
  • • You will stay current on product releases, GenAI industry trends, and competitive landscape to educate customers and influence internal teams, ensuring your messaging remains relevant and impactful in a fast-evolving market.
  • • You will negotiate pricing, deal terms, and contract details, working closely with legal and finance teams to redline agreements and close deals efficiently while maintaining favorable terms for both the customer and LangChain.
  • • You will partner with customer success, deployment, and support teams to ensure smooth post-sale onboarding, adoption, and long-term satisfaction, fostering relationships that lead to expansion and advocacy.
  • • You will synthesize customer feedback, use cases, and market insights to inform product and engineering teams, helping shape the future roadmap and improve user experience based on real-world needs.
  • • You will contribute to the evolution of LangChain’s sales playbook and go-to-market strategy, sharing successful tactics, refining processes, and helping build a scalable, repeatable sales motion from the ground up.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience selling complex software or technology solutions to enterprise customers
  • • Proven ability to build trust and rapport quickly with technical decision makers, including engineers, architects, and IT leaders
  • • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey technical value in clear, compelling ways
  • • Technical acumen sufficient to understand and discuss AI/ML concepts, APIs, and software architecture with credibility
  • • Self-motivated and solutions-oriented mindset, thriving in unstructured, fast-paced startup environments where you can help evolve the sales playbook
  • • Genuine passion for generative AI and a desire to help customers navigate its rapid evolution
