- • As an Enterprise Account Executive for LangChain in the South Central region, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the adoption of cutting-edge AI agent technology across enterprise organizations, directly contributing to the company’s mission of making intelligent agents ubiquitous by helping technical teams move from AI prototypes to production-ready solutions.
- • You will own the full sales cycle for complex software deals, acting as a trusted advisor to technical decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups, driving revenue growth while shaping LangChain’s go-to-market strategy in a fast-moving, innovative AI landscape.
- • Day to day, you will prospect, qualify, and manage leads through every stage of the sales funnel, from initial outreach to closed-won deals, ensuring consistent follow-up and follow-through to maintain momentum and build credibility.
- • You will act as a strategic advisor to prospects, deeply understanding their business and technical challenges, then demonstrating how LangChain’s suite of products—including LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, and Agent Builder—can solve real-world problems in AI agent development, deployment, and monitoring.
- • You will lead proof-of-concept initiatives in collaboration with sales engineers and product specialists, designing and executing tailored demonstrations that showcase tangible value and technical differentiation to accelerate customer evaluation and decision-making.
- • You will continuously stay informed about product updates, emerging GenAI trends, and competitive developments to educate customers, anticipate objections, and position LangChain as the preferred platform for scalable, reliable AI agent engineering.
- • You will nurture long-term customer relationships post-sale, working closely with deployment, support, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and expansion opportunities that drive retention and lifetime value.
- • You will negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service-level agreements, partnering with legal and finance teams to redline documents, structure deals, and ensure compliance while balancing customer needs with company objectives.
- • You will synthesize customer feedback, usage patterns, and market insights gathered during the sales process and relay them to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities, improve user experience, and enhance product-market fit.
- • You will actively contribute to the evolution of LangChain’s sales playbook by sharing best practices, refining outreach strategies, and helping define repeatable processes for selling complex AI infrastructure to enterprise technical buyers.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering to align messaging, support product launches, and ensure field insights are integrated into broader company initiatives.
- • You will operate with a high degree of autonomy in a remote-first, startup-like environment, embracing ambiguity and taking initiative to solve problems, innovate on tactics, and drive results without waiting for direction.
- • You will represent LangChain at industry events, webinars, and customer forums, serving as a thought leader in GenAI adoption and helping build brand credibility among technical audiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of proven experience selling complex software or technical solutions to enterprise customers, preferably in infrastructure, developer tools, or AI/ML-related markets.
- • Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly with technical decision-makers, including engineers, architects, and IT leaders, through empathy, curiosity, and strong consultative selling skills.
- • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions for both technical and executive audiences.
- • Strong technical acumen enabling credible conversations with developers and engineering teams about AI agents, LLMs, APIs, and deployment architectures.
- • Thrives in fast-paced, unstructured startup environments and is motivated by building processes from the ground up rather than following established playbooks.
- • Proven track record of navigating complex sales cycles, overcoming objections, and driving deals to closure through persistence, problem-solving, and solution-oriented thinking.
- • Genuine passion for generative AI and a deep interest in helping customers understand and adopt emerging AI technologies responsibly and effectively.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $300,000–$350,000 USD, variable performance-based pay, and meaningful equity participation in a high-growth Series B startup backed by top-tier investors.
- • Comprehensive health benefits covering medical, dental, and vision plans, along with life insurance and access to a 401(k) retirement savings plan with potential company matching.
- • Flexible vacation policy that encourages rest and recharge, supporting work-life balance in a demanding but rewarding role.
- • Opportunities for professional growth and impact, including direct influence on product strategy, sales methodology, and company culture as an early member of the GTM team.
- • Remote work flexibility within the South Central region (including Dallas, TX, and other listed hubs), enabling collaboration with distributed teams while maintaining geographic focus.
- • Access to cutting-edge AI technology and exposure to industry leaders, allowing you to stay at the forefront of GenAI innovation while building a career in one of the most dynamic sectors in tech.
