- • Own, manage, and accelerate an enterprise sales pipeline for Algolia’s AI-powered Search and Discovery platform across the UK market.
- • Drive inbound and outbound opportunities through complex, multi-threaded sales cycles to closed-won deals with Global 2000 organisations.
- • Position Algolia’s generative AI, agentic automation, and composable architecture capabilities to executives and technical decision-makers, demonstrating how real-time relevance and predictive personalisation deliver measurable business value.
- • Develop and execute territory and account strategies to maximise growth and market penetration within assigned enterprise accounts.
- • Expand existing customer accounts by identifying and pursuing strategic commercial opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
- • Generate new enterprise opportunities through self-sourced outreach, networking within industry communities, and leveraging partner ecosystems.
- • Partner with Solutions Engineering to design bespoke demos, proofs-of-value, and ROI analyses that go beyond traditional search metrics to highlight AI-driven business impact.
- • Forecast sales accurately using disciplined methodologies such as MEDDPICC, with deep understanding of buyer risk profiles and decision drivers.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Legal, Marketing, and Partners to align execution with enterprise-wide business outcomes.
- • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic copilot to clients, guiding them through digital transformation initiatives centred on intelligent, self-optimising discovery experiences.
- • Maintain a consultative sales approach that positions Algolia as a core enabler of AI-driven transformation, not merely another software vendor.
- • Demonstrate strong outbound sales capability, modern prospecting techniques, and the ability to lead with insight and industry-specific knowledge.
- • Navigate complex, multi-department buying cycles with dispersed stakeholder influence across technical, commercial, and executive layers.
- • Stay informed on trends in generative AI, machine learning-enabled customer experiences, and agentic systems to effectively articulate Algolia’s technological differentiation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex deals
- • Demonstrated success selling into large, multi-department organisations with dispersed stakeholder influence
- • Experience in digital transformation, AI/ML, or search/commerce domains

- • Annual total cash compensation range of £148,500–£206,000 GBP (base salary and commission)
