- • As an Enterprise Account Executive for the UKI region at CoachHub, you will own and grow a strategic portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving revenue through renewals, expansion, and targeted new logo acquisition while positioning coaching as a critical lever for leadership development and organizational performance.
- • You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, from discovery and stakeholder alignment to solution design, negotiation, and closure, ensuring strong CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Coaching Lab, Legal, RevOps, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- • You will engage senior stakeholders across HR, Talent, L&D, and C-suite functions, translating business priorities into value-based coaching solutions tied to measurable outcomes, while building trusted, multi-threaded relationships that navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- • You will represent CoachHub in the market through strategic networking, executive conversations, and event participation, strengthening brand visibility and creating new opportunities within your territory.
- • You will operate with high ownership and resilience in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment, leveraging consultative selling skills to drive consistent growth and contribute to CoachHub’s vision of democratizing coaching as a foundational right for every employee.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, including 5+ years selling into and growing enterprise accounts with a proven track record of retaining, expanding, and closing complex six-figure deals across long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- • Demonstrated ability to build trust with large, complex enterprise accounts over time and turn that trust into consistent revenue growth through a consultative, outcome-driven sales approach.
- • Strong discovery skills, value framing, and executive presence, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders (including CHRO, CIO, CFO) around a clear commercial and strategic case.
- • Comfort generating your own pipeline, maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene, and delivering accurate forecasts while consistently meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- • Confident, experienced negotiator with strong stakeholder management and persuasive communication skills, thriving in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
- • Willingness to travel within the UKI region up to ~20% as needed to engage stakeholders and represent CoachHub externally.
