- • As Senior Director, Revenue Technology at Iron Mountain, you will serve as the primary architect of a modern, AI-driven global sales ecosystem, bridging business ambition and IT execution to eliminate seller friction and accelerate bookings growth.
- • You will define and execute a rolling 24-month sales technology vision, manage the global tech budget, oversee a high-performing team, and drive change management to ensure high adoption and tangible ROI across commercial functions.
- • You will partner with Sales, IT, Procurement, Legal, and Commercial Excellence to align technology with commercial strategy, optimize the tech stack, and translate product frameworks into scalable architectures in CPQ, CRM, and CLM systems.
- • You will foster a data-driven culture by championing AI initiatives, monitoring KPIs and behavioral data, and ensuring technology solves real business problems while building seller adoption through training and champion networks.

🎯 Requirements
- • BA required; MA or MBA preferred
- • 10+ years of leadership in B2B Sales/Marketing Tech, Sales Ops, or Management Consulting
- • 5+ years of managing cross-functional teams and executing enterprise-wide programs in complex, global environments
- • Deep knowledge of the B2B tech stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales Enablement) and ability to build scalable roadmaps
- • Strong background in sales (direct or ops) with first-hand understanding of seller workflows and pain points
- • Expertise in using analytics to provide strategic guidance and performance-based decision-making
