  • • As an Enterprise Account Executive focused on the UK Public Sector and Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Wiz’s market presence by securing cloud security solutions for critical national infrastructure, including NHS trusts, local authorities, higher education institutions, and blue light services. Your work directly contributes to safeguarding sensitive citizen data and enabling digital transformation in essential public services.
  • • You will drive end-to-end sales cycles by identifying new opportunities, engaging CISO and CDIO-level stakeholders, and positioning Wiz as a trusted advisor in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. This includes conducting discovery workshops, delivering tailored solution presentations, and aligning Wiz’s capabilities with the strategic priorities of public sector organisations.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing territory plans, managing a healthy sales pipeline, and consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets through strategic engagement with key accounts across the Wider Public Sector (WPS) landscape.
  • • You will navigate and leverage UK-specific public sector procurement frameworks such as G-Cloud, Data and Outcomes (DOS), and SBS to accelerate deal cycles and ensure compliance with governmental purchasing processes.
  • • Collaboration is central to the role: you will work closely with Wiz’s partner ecosystem, including specialised Systems Integrators (SIs) and resellers, to co-sell solutions, extend regional reach, and deliver integrated offerings that meet the unique needs of public sector clients.
  • • You will maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and provide accurate forecasts aligned with the March fiscal year-end cycles of public bodies, ensuring internal teams have visibility into committed, best-case, and pipeline scenarios.
  • • Internal synergy is key—you will partner with pre-sales engineers, customer success, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless handoffs, post-sale satisfaction, and feedback loops that inform product evolution for public sector use cases.
  • • The role demands resilience and adaptability, as you will manage long, complex sales cycles typical of government procurement while sustaining momentum in a high-growth, fast-moving startup environment.
  • • Over time, you will develop deep expertise in UK public sector technology procurement, cybersecurity compliance frameworks (including DSPT and Cyber Essentials Plus), and the digital transformation priorities of healthcare and local government—positioning yourself as a strategic advisor rather than just a vendor.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 5 years of proven experience selling enterprise cloud or security solutions, with a demonstrable focus on UK Local Government, Healthcare (ICS/ICB), or Education sectors.
  • • Deep familiarity with UK public sector procurement routes and frameworks, including G-Cloud, Data and Outcomes (DOS), SBS, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder decision-making units (DMUs).
  • • Working knowledge of relevant compliance standards such as the Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT) for healthcare and Cyber Essentials Plus, with the ability to articulate how Wiz supports adherence to these frameworks.
  • • A consultative, trusted-advisor mindset that enables you to engage CISO and CDIO-level executives on both strategic policy matters and practical technical implementation challenges.
  • • Proven resilience and track record in managing lengthy, complex sales cycles while maintaining the discipline and momentum required to thrive in a hypergrowth environment.
