- • As an Enterprise Account Manager at Fleetio, you will develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships within the company’s most high-value and strategic customer segment, working to broaden Fleetio’s penetration across large fleet-holding enterprises and deepen their use of the full suite of products and capabilities.
- • Day to day, you will uncover expansion opportunities within key accounts, drive ARR growth by aligning products with customer goals, manage complex renewals and upsell/cross-sell initiatives, partner with Customer Success to maximize adoption and satisfaction, and deliver product demonstrations virtually or in person while serving as a thought leader on industry trends.
- • Fleetio is a modern software platform helping thousands of organizations manage fleet operations, backed by $450M in Series D funding (March 2025), a founding member of the Rails Foundation, and experiencing rapid growth with a strong customer base and innovative culture.
- • In this role, you will achieve NRR objectives, shape post-sale growth journeys for strategic customers, solidify long-term partnerships, and develop expertise in enterprise sales within a high-impact, fast-paced SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of sales and Enterprise Account Management experience with a track record of consistently exceeding quotas
- • Experience owning customer relationships throughout the lifecycle (onboarding to utilization and expansion)
- • Extensive track record of uncovering customer business objectives to unlock expansion opportunities, building multi-threaded senior-level relationships, and articulating data-backed ROI assessments
- • Comfortable addressing C-Suite executives, operations managers, and sales executives
- • Keen presentation skills, discipline under pressure, and ability to travel up to 30% of the time for short stints (1-3 days)
