  • • Own and grow a multi-million-dollar book of business for Findem’s People Intelligence platform across Global Fortune 500 and high-growth technology companies in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. You will be the single-threaded owner responsible for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells that directly impact ARR and company valuation.
  • • Partner hand-in-hand with Customer Success to map product adoption to measurable ROI, then translate those insights into executive-level business value narratives that secure six- and seven-figure expansion deals.
  • • Prospect within your existing customer base to uncover new use-cases, departments, and geographies, turning every renewal conversation into a growth conversation. You will run quarterly business reviews, seasonal executive briefings, and ad-hoc workshops that keep Findem top-of-mind for talent acquisition, talent management, people analytics, recruitment marketing, and executive search teams.
  • • Build and maintain a deep bench of C-suite, VP, and Director-level champions across HR, Talent Operations, and Business Units. You will quarterback complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles that span sourcing, security, legal, and procurement functions.
  • • Command accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce; deliver weekly commit calls, monthly board-level reporting, and quarterly revenue retrospectives that inform go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
  • • Act as the voice of the customer inside Findem—distilling market feedback, competitive intelligence, and feature requests into actionable insights for Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership.
  • • Develop repeatable playbooks, ROI calculators, and industry-specific pitch decks that elevate the entire Enterprise Account Management team’s ability to scale.
  • • Travel up to 25 % for on-site executive briefings, user forums, and industry conferences, representing Findem as a thought leader in the future of HR 2.0.
