- • The Enterprise Account Manager at Datavant is responsible for managing and expanding strategic post-sale relationships across a portfolio of enterprise insurance carrier clients, primarily within the Top 200 U.S. Property & Casualty insurers, driving retention, adoption, and revenue expansion to protect existing revenue and enable long-term customer value realization.
- • Day to day, the role involves serving as the primary post-sale relationship owner for assigned strategic insurance carrier clients, developing and maintaining trusted relationships with executive leadership and key stakeholders, leading Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews, driving strategic account planning, managing retention and risk through proactive health monitoring and mitigation plans, leading client enablement initiatives to accelerate onboarding and adoption, driving revenue expansion via net new users, locations, and product upsells, identifying and qualifying cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Field Sales, maintaining a consistent operating cadence with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, ensuring strong CRM discipline in Salesforce, delivering executive-level summaries, and collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Marketing teams.

- • In this role, the person can learn and achieve mastery in enterprise account management within the healthcare data sector, develop deep expertise in insurance carrier operations and claims-related industries, strengthen executive relationship management and multi-stakeholder navigation skills, gain hands-on experience with GRR/NRR metrics and CRM-driven forecasting, drive measurable outcomes in retention, adoption, and revenue expansion, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives that impact healthcare data accessibility and innovation.
