- • As the first dedicated Enterprise Account Manager at Builder Prime, you will oversee all core post-sale commercial functions for strategic and enterprise customers, including account management, renewals, expansion, and referrals, playing a pivotal role in shaping how the company serves its most valuable clients.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, conducting Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), monitoring account health, developing retention and expansion plans, leading complex renewal negotiations, identifying upsell opportunities, and serving as the voice of the customer to internal teams such as Product, Engineering, and Leadership.
- • You will join a mission-driven, AI-forward company revolutionizing the home improvement industry by providing contractors with an all-in-one business management platform that integrates CRM, estimating, production, payments, and reporting to help them operate more efficiently and achieve growth.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and formalize enterprise account management processes in a scaling SaaS environment, drive customer advocacy through case studies and advisory participation, and grow your impact through internal mobility and professional development support.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of Account Management, Customer Experience, or SaaS relationship management experience
- • Proven success managing enterprise or strategic customer portfolios with demonstrated quota attainment across complex renewals and expansions
- • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders, coupled with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce and working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations teams
