- • Enterprise Account Manager at Codat Technologies Limited is a revenue-first role focused on owning and growing strategic client relationships with global fintechs and financial institutions, directly contributing to the company’s mission of turning scattered financial data into actionable insights for modern commercial banking.
- • The role is critical to Codat’s growth engine, requiring the individual to act as a true account owner who drives expansion, retention, and commercial outcomes by aligning Codat’s API-based solutions with clients’ highest-value strategic priorities.
- • Day to day, the Enterprise Account Manager will own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts by building deep, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring Codat’s offerings are tightly aligned to each client’s strategic goals and financial workflows.
- • They will drive revenue expansion by identifying, shaping, and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities, leading commercial negotiations and renewal processes to deliver consistent, measurable growth across their account portfolio.
- • They will lead complex deal cycles as the internal quarterback, coordinating across Solutions, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to progress opportunities, remove blockers, and land expansions efficiently and effectively.
- • They will act as a strategic advisor by connecting client objectives to high-impact use cases, challenging assumptions, and uncovering new ways to scale Codat’s adoption within complex financial institutions.
- • They will use data to unlock growth by leveraging usage analytics and commercial insights to spot underutilized features, strengthen product adoption, and identify expansion levers based on real-time behavioral and financial data.
- • They will own executive engagement and account strategy by running Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), maintaining dynamic account plans, and ensuring senior stakeholder alignment to sustain momentum on revenue outcomes and long-term partnership value.
- • The Enterprise Account Manager will join a collaborative, high-growth scale-up backed by tier-one investors including JPMorgan, PayPal, Amex, Plaid, and Shopify, operating within a culture defined by curiosity, progress over polish, and ownership.
- • They will work on a product suite transforming how small businesses interact with financial services, gaining exposure to cutting-edge API infrastructure and innovative financial technology ecosystems across global markets.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management or commercial sales within B2B SaaS, data, or fintech environments.
- • Proven track record of driving expansion and cross-sells with complex, multi-stakeholder accounts; familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPIC, GAP selling, or Challenger sales is a plus.
- • Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to interpret data, build compelling business cases, and negotiate effectively at the C-suite level.
- • Excellent project leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- • Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities, capable of translating technical API-based solutions into clear business value for non-technical executives.
- • Experience in designing and selling API-based solutions, particularly within financial services, lending, or payments, is a strong plus.
