- • As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of nurturing and expanding one of Choco’s flagship enterprise accounts. This account presents substantial opportunities for growth and deeper integration across various business units and geographical regions. Your primary focus will be to serve as the primary commercial representative of Choco for this key client, cultivating robust relationships at the executive level, adeptly navigating the complexities of a global organization, and strategically unlocking new avenues for expansion throughout Europe and potentially beyond.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass owning and driving the growth trajectory of this highly strategic enterprise account. This involves meticulously developing and executing a comprehensive expansion strategy that spans multiple markets, diverse business units, and an evolving suite of Choco’s products. A significant part of your role will be dedicated to building and strengthening relationships with senior stakeholders and key budget owners across the European landscape, ensuring Choco remains a trusted and indispensable partner.
- • You will be instrumental in generating and actively managing a robust expansion pipeline, identifying and pursuing opportunities within new markets and for novel use cases. This proactive approach will involve conducting compelling product demonstrations, engaging in insightful value-based conversations, and skillfully leading complex enterprise negotiations to secure favorable outcomes for both Choco and the client. To ensure the seamless adoption and success of Choco’s solutions, you will collaborate closely with our Customer Success and Implementation teams, ensuring that rollouts are executed flawlessly and pave the way for further growth and deeper engagement.
- • Furthermore, you will act as a central point of coordination, liaising with our Product, Solutions, and Leadership teams to provide the necessary support and expertise required to navigate and successfully close complex enterprise sales cycles. This cross-functional collaboration is essential for addressing the multifaceted needs of our enterprise clients and ensuring we deliver exceptional value. By taking ownership of this critical account, you will directly contribute to Choco’s mission of digitizing the food supply chain, making it more sustainable and efficient across Europe and the US.
