- • The Enterprise Account Manager – Federal role at Delinea is responsible for driving the full sales cycle within U.S. Federal agencies with critical IT security needs, focusing on building strategic relationships and closing high-value deals to strengthen national security posture through identity-centric solutions.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing and growing relationships in the Healthcare vertical (VA and HHS), engaging leads and prospects, collaborating with technical experts for product demos, maintaining accurate sales pipelines, exceeding sales targets, and expanding partnerships with Federal Systems Integrators and channel partners.
- • Delinea is a global leader in Identity Security, pioneering AI-powered, cloud-native solutions that secure human and machine identities across enterprises, backed by TPG and committed to innovation, diversity, and a culture of respect and ownership.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in federal sales cycles, master consultative selling to C-level and technical stakeholders, build a scalable book of business in the public sector, and advance your career in high-impact enterprise sales with exposure to cutting-edge identity security technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience selling into U.S. Federal agencies
- • 10+ years of enterprise sales and/or program or product management experience
- • Proven ability to identify, develop, and close six- and seven-figure opportunities
- • Experience selling Cloud and modern IT security solutions
- • Background selling through and with Channel partners
- • Demonstrated ability to manage long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
