📋 Description

• • Own and grow Street Context’s largest enterprise accounts across the sell-side and buy-side, carrying a clear expansion ARR target and full P&L responsibility for your portfolio.
• • Build and nurture C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships, acting as the trusted advisor who translates complex capital-markets workflows into measurable ROI for clients.
• • Develop multi-year account plans that map Street Context’s product roadmap to each client’s strategic priorities, identifying whitespace, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities before competitors do.
• • Orchestrate cross-functional teams—Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Services—to deliver bespoke pilots, executive briefings, and QBRs that keep Street Context top-of-mind and accelerate expansion cycles.
• • Prospect within existing firms using data-driven playbooks: leverage usage analytics, market intel, and relationship mapping to secure new divisions, asset classes, or geographies.
• • Run disciplined deal cycles from first conversation to signed order form, negotiating complex multi-year contracts, pricing tiers, and SLA terms while protecting Street Context’s margin and brand.
• • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, feeding real-time insights into Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions and ensure our platform evolves ahead of market demands.
• • Maintain an encyclopedic understanding of capital-markets information flows, regulatory trends, and front-office pain points so you can challenge clients’ assumptions and position Street Context as mission-critical infrastructure.
• • Deliver compelling board-level presentations and workshops that build consensus among traders, research heads, compliance officers, and technology executives with often-competing priorities.
• • Track every interaction in Salesforce, forecast revenue with 90 %+ accuracy, and use BI dashboards to iterate on engagement strategies and share best practices across the global sales organization.
• • Mentor junior colleagues on enterprise selling motions, negotiation tactics, and capital-markets fluency, raising the bar for the entire EAM pod.
• • Champion Street Context’s culture of transparency and continuous improvement by surfacing wins, losses, and lessons learned in weekly deal reviews and quarterly business planning sessions.
