- • The Enterprise Account Manager at Trellix will drive incremental demand creation and sales of complex cybersecurity solutions across the UAE, directly contributing to the company’s mission of protecting over 50,000 business and government customers through innovative, AI-powered security platforms.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and initiating sales relationships with potential customers, preparing and presenting tailored solutions, finalizing sales processes, leveraging internal technical resources to meet customer needs, analyzing customer environments, driving proof-of-concepts (POCs), upselling and cross-selling Trellix products, developing account and opportunity plans, engaging stakeholders at multiple levels including board level, maintaining customer satisfaction, and building strategic agreements with channel and service partners.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in enterprise account management or complex solution selling, preferably within cybersecurity or technology sectors.
- • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships and interpret opportunities within complex organizations.
- • Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, and presales technical teams to drive solution-based sales.
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with maturity, confidence, patience, and perseverance to manage long sales cycles.
- • Familiarity with cybersecurity products, consultative selling methodologies, business planning, forecasting, and product knowledge application.
- • Ability to leverage internal technical resources and collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer solution requirements.
