- • Enterprise AI adoption lead responsible for owning deployment and activation success across a customer portfolio, embedding deeply into customer organizations to understand business objectives and build programs that turn AI investment into measurable outcomes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer use cases and success metrics, building and co-developing custom AI solutions, designing and executing activation strategies, implementing champion programs and office hours, creating advocate networks, facilitating live and virtual training sessions, refining materials based on feedback, and collaborating cross-functionally to identify gaps and champion new training opportunities.

🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of proven track record owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes
- • Deep experience understanding customer use cases: discovering, mapping, and leveraging specific workflows and business objectives
- • Expertise delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops and tailoring content to diverse audiences
- • Ability to scope, design, and deliver custom solutions and demos tailored to customer use cases while working hands-on with business stakeholders
- • Excellence building relationships with stakeholders at all levels and strong program management skills
