📋 Description

• • As an Enterprise Application Administrator at Prenuvo Inc., you will play a pivotal role in supporting business growth by managing and optimizing enterprise applications such as Salesforce and Intercom, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across systems.
• • Day to day, you will administer and monitor cloud-based applications, support Salesforce configuration and customization, manage user access and permissions, coordinate releases and deployments, provide user training and onboarding, respond to internal support tickets, and document processes and best practices for integrations and application management.
• • You will join Prenuvo’s Security and IT team, contributing to a mission-driven organization that is transforming healthcare through proactive whole-body MRI scans, combining cutting-edge technology, AI, and patient-centric care across domestic and global clinics.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS administration, particularly Salesforce, gain hands-on experience with automation tools like Flows, develop cross-functional collaboration skills, and grow your ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure technical solutions while supporting a company at the forefront of preventative healthcare innovation.
