  • • As an Enterprise Applications Engineer at North American Partners in Anesthesia, P.C. (NAPA), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our digital collaboration and business process efficiency through expert administration and development of our SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • • This is a remote position, offering flexibility while ideally situating you within driving distance of our Melville, NY or Sunrise, FL Corporate Offices, allowing for occasional in-person collaboration when needed.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be the comprehensive administration of SharePoint Online, encompassing its architecture, design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance to ensure a robust, scalable, and secure platform for the entire organization.
  • • You will be instrumental in defining and documenting critical SharePoint Online architecture standards, establishing best practices, and implementing governance guidelines to maintain platform integrity and compliance.
  • • This role involves planning and overseeing the deployment and intricate configuration of the SharePoint Online infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with evolving business needs and technological advancements.
  • • A significant aspect of your work will involve collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders across the organization to deeply understand their unique business requirements and translate these needs into effective, user-friendly SharePoint and Power Apps solutions.
  • • You will be responsible for the design and development of custom applications, sophisticated workflows, intuitive forms, and seamless integrations using the full capabilities of SharePoint and Power Apps.
  • • Ensuring adherence to SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and other development tools, while upholding industry best practices, will be crucial for delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions.
  • • A key focus will be on Power Apps development, where you will build and maintain custom applications that leverage the broader Power Platform to automate and streamline critical business processes.
  • • You will integrate Power Apps seamlessly with other Microsoft 365 services and relevant external systems, creating a connected and efficient digital ecosystem.

  • • Establishing and rigorously enforcing governance policies will be essential to ensure unwavering compliance with security protocols and regulatory standards, safeguarding our organizational data.
  • • Continuous monitoring and reporting on SharePoint Online usage, system performance, and compliance metrics will be a core duty, providing insights for optimization and strategic decision-making.
  • • You will provide essential Tier 3 technical support, troubleshooting complex issues related to SharePoint and Power Apps solutions, and proactively identifying and resolving potential challenges to guarantee system stability and optimal performance.
  • • This position requires a motivated self-starter with the ability to lead by example, adeptly breaking down complex problems to find swift and effective resolutions.
  • • You will apply your expertise in Enterprise Level Application Design & Configuration, Enterprise Application Integration, and Tier 3 Enterprise Application Support to maintain and enhance our critical systems.
  • • A strong understanding of information systems, particularly within the healthcare domain, and its specific terminology will be highly valued.
  • • Your proven experience working with multiple stakeholders in a problem-solving environment will be critical for success.
  • • The ability to translate defined system requirements into practical and efficient technology solutions is paramount.
