- • As an Enterprise Business Development Executive at Varicent Software Inc., you will be an influential member of the global sales team, driving revenue growth by selling Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions to enterprise clients. This role is critical to helping CEOs inspire performance through smarter go-to-market strategies and maximizing seller performance.
- • Day to day, you will develop prospecting strategies with Business Development resources, identify ideal customers in your region, create and execute sales strategies with sales leadership, manage pricing and contract negotiations, and ensure customer requirements are understood and met throughout the sales cycle.

Over 12 months, you will own your numbers, leverage partner ecosystems, and gain a strong understanding of revenue optimization challenges, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the SPM space.
