  • • This Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) role is pivotal to Sardine's growth strategy, focusing on identifying and engaging high-value enterprise accounts within key sectors such as fintech, financial services, marketplaces, e-commerce, and high-risk industries. The ideal candidate will be a driven, curious, and resilient individual with a passion for exceeding targets and a knack for building strategic relationships.
  • • As an Enterprise BDR, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sophisticated strategies for targeting enterprise account lists. This involves conducting thorough research, crafting personalized outreach campaigns, and leveraging social selling techniques, particularly on LinkedIn, to establish trust and engagement with senior stakeholders within target organizations.
  • • You will be instrumental in guiding prospects through the initial stages of the sales funnel, confidently addressing objections and providing valuable insights. Your consistent preparation and diligent follow-up will be critical in ensuring the sales team consistently exceeds revenue goals.
  • • This role involves close collaboration with a dedicated sales team of nearly 20 Account Executives (AEs). You will ensure a seamless transition of outbound leads, guaranteeing that all meetings are high-quality, thoroughly qualified, and optimally set up for successful handoffs, thereby maximizing AE efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • A key aspect of your daily work will involve utilizing essential sales tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo. You will be responsible for optimizing prospecting efforts, meticulously tracking progress, and managing account and contact lists to maintain data integrity and support strategic outreach.
  • • You will proactively identify key target accounts and influential individuals attending industry events. Your role will include reaching out in advance to schedule valuable meetings for the sales team, and potentially attending select conferences to network in person, further expanding our reach and building brand presence.
  • • Collaboration with the Sales Operations team is essential to streamline and optimize sales processes through automation. You will contribute to refining our repeatable, process-driven outbound motion, ensuring scalability and efficiency in our sales development efforts.
  • • This position demands a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and a commitment to building multi-threaded relationships within complex enterprise organizations. Your ability to think creatively and overcome challenges will be key to breaking into top-tier accounts and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • • You will be expected to manage your time effectively, communicate clearly and persuasively both in writing and verbally, and build rapport with potential clients, focusing on establishing genuine, long-term relationships rather than purely transactional interactions.
  • • A process-oriented mindset is crucial, coupled with a proven track record in prospecting and successfully scheduling meetings with potential clients across diverse and complex enterprise structures.
