- • Join DataDome's rapidly expanding European team as an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) in our vibrant Paris office. You will be an integral part of our dynamic Sales team, contributing to a group of 23 Account Executives and BDRs strategically located across New York, Paris, and Singapore. This team is the driving force behind DataDome's impressive exponential growth, and we're seeking an energetic individual ready to join this high-velocity environment.

- • DataDome offers a cutting-edge SaaS solution with a robust Go-to-Market strategy and a notably short sales cycle. This structure empowers new BDRs to successfully book meetings within their initial three weeks and enables Account Managers to close deals within their first three months of joining the company, demonstrating the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales process.
- • As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to initiate and cultivate conversations with prospective clients. Your goal is to generate new, qualified meetings and significantly contribute to the overall sales pipeline, directly impacting DataDome's market penetration and revenue growth.
- • Your day-to-day activities will involve proactively engaging with prospects through a multi-channel approach, including strategic cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and effective social selling techniques. This requires a proactive and persistent mindset to break through and capture attention.
- • A key aspect of your role will be identifying key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. You will focus on understanding their business challenges and effectively communicating how DataDome's innovative solutions can address their specific pain points and deliver tangible value.
- • You will be responsible for providing comprehensive and insightful information to the Account Executive team. This handover ensures that Sales Development Qualified Leads (SQLs) are not only highly qualified but also primed for conversion, maximizing the efficiency of the sales cycle.
- • A crucial part of your function involves nurturing leads that may not be immediately ready for a sales conversation. You will develop and execute strategies to maintain engagement, provide relevant information, and build relationships until these prospects reach a qualified stage and are ready to engage with DataDome.
- • To ensure optimal organization and team efficiency, you will meticulously utilize our CRM system. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data is essential for tracking progress, identifying trends, and improving the overall productivity of the sales development team.
- • You will operate as part of a cohesive 'Squad,' working closely with dedicated Account Executives and Solution Engineers. This integrated team structure, focused on a defined territory, ensures seamless collaboration and a unified approach to client engagement and deal progression.
- • To further enhance market penetration and growth within the EMEA region, you will collaborate closely with various departments, including Marketing, Growth, Events, Partnerships, and Account Management. This cross-functional synergy is vital for executing integrated campaigns and maximizing market opportunities.
