  • • Own the full post-sale journey for Yobi’s largest enterprise clients, acting as the single-threaded owner who translates complex marketing objectives into data-driven growth strategies powered by our private-by-design AI models.
  • • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales during late-stage pitches, POCs, and contract negotiations, ensuring technical feasibility and business value are crystal clear to C-suite stakeholders while simultaneously building the 12-month roadmap that will guide implementation.
  • • Architect and deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) that move beyond vanity metrics, tying Yobi’s behavioral modeling lift directly to incremental revenue, lifetime value, and market share gains—then socialize those wins across Brand, Performance, Retention, CRM, Data, and Analytics teams to create internal champions.
  • • Translate high-level KPIs—CAC, ROAS, retention rate, incremental reach—into granular campaign blueprints that specify audience taxonomy, creative rotation logic, measurement frameworks, and optimization cadences, ensuring every lever is aligned with the client’s P&L goals.
  • • Build and maintain a living “client success backlog” that prioritizes feature requests, data integrations, and custom algorithm tweaks; coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to deliver against that backlog while communicating realistic timelines to client leadership.
  • • Serve as the client’s trusted advisor on privacy-first data collaboration, educating stakeholders on how Yobi’s consented dataset and clean-room infrastructure can ethically unlock 1st-party insights that walled gardens refuse to share.
  • • Design and run joint go-to-market experiments that showcase Yobi’s differentiated value—think look-alike expansion into new geos, sequential messaging tests across CTV and social, or churn-propensity triggers that feed real-time CRM journeys—then package results into repeatable playbooks.
  • • Mentor junior Client Success Managers and Solutions Engineers, codifying best practices in notion pages, Looker dashboards, and Slack workflows so that Yobi’s collective knowledge scales faster than headcount.
  • • Forecast and protect revenue by monitoring adoption health scores, usage telemetry, and renewal risk signals; intervene early with executive escalation paths, commercial concessions, or expanded scope proposals that turn red flags into expansion ARR.
  • • Champion the voice of the enterprise customer inside Yobi’s roadmap sessions, ensuring that feature prioritization balances long-term platform vision with near-term revenue protection and client referenceability.
  • • Travel up to 25 % for on-site strategic planning sessions, quarterly business reviews, and industry events, while remaining fully effective in a remote-first culture that spans Boston, SF Bay Area, Seattle, and NYC hubs.
  • • Thrive in a 0-to-1 environment where process is lightweight, ambiguity is high, and every experiment you ship can materially shift the trajectory of a $100 M+ revenue line within 12 months.
