- • Build and scale Lovable’s enterprise customer storytelling motion from the ground up, creating compelling video, case studies, and content that positions customers as heroes while highlighting Lovable’s product capabilities.
- • Design and execute co-marketing programs that integrate enterprise customers into campaigns, video series, and events, ensuring these initiatives deliver tangible value to customers—not just to Lovable.
- • Establish and own the enterprise sales reference program, developing both one-to-one and one-to-many infrastructure to provide sales teams with timely, credible proof points that accelerate deal closures.
- • Identify, cultivate, and maintain deep relationships with Lovable’s most strategic enterprise customers, leveraging advisory boards, beta programs, and insights sessions to ensure their feedback directly influences product roadmap and positioning.
- • Produce high-quality, world-class marketing content across multiple formats—video, slides, web copy, and case studies—that meets a standard of excellence and makes customers proud to be featured.
- • Enable the sales organization by delivering easily discoverable and adopted sales enablement materials, including tailored customer narratives, battle cards, and presentation decks that align with enterprise buyer journeys.
- • Own the operational backbone of customer marketing, including logo usage rights, release forms, and co-marketing agreements, working in close partnership with Legal to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- • Proactively anticipate go-to-market needs and design customer marketing programs that are intuitive, scalable, and impossible to ignore—without waiting for direction.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to align customer insights with business objectives, ensuring customer voices shape strategy and messaging.
- • Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, deepen customer insights, and elevate content quality—using technology not as an afterthought, but as a core enabler of faster, smarter customer marketing.
- • Translate complex technical product capabilities into relatable customer success stories that resonate with enterprise buyers, demonstrating real-world impact through authentic narratives.
- • Establish metrics and processes to measure the impact of customer marketing initiatives on pipeline generation, conversion rates, and customer advocacy.
- • Continuously refine customer story pipelines to ensure a steady flow of high-potential testimonials, case studies, and reference candidates from Lovable’s growing enterprise base.
- • Represent Lovable at industry events and customer-facing forums, ensuring the brand is consistently amplified through authentic customer voices and joint success stories.
- • Maintain a proactive pipeline of customer engagement opportunities, identifying new prospects for collaboration based on usage patterns, success metrics, and strategic alignment.
- • Champion customer-centricity across the organization by elevating customer insights into core business decisions and ensuring every marketing initiative is rooted in real customer outcomes.
