- • As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Leap Tools Inc., you will manage the customer lifecycle for the company’s largest clients, ensuring their success with the Roomvo Platform—a cutting-edge technology that lets users preview products in their own space before purchase. This role is critical to driving retention, expansion, and customer health for Fortune 500 and enterprise clients across 80+ countries, directly contributing to Leap Tools’ mission of building an iconic global tech company in the interior décor industry.
- • Day to day, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers by listening closely, asking perceptive questions, and uncovering their needs; maintain impeccable records in Customer Success software; engage routinely with customers to assess priorities and identify expansion opportunities; serve as a key voice of enterprise customers to internal teams including Product, Sales, and Leadership; mentor other Customer Success team members; and advocate for customer feedback by documenting requests and issues to drive product and service improvements.
