- • As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Workato, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of enterprise customers through rapid adoption of the Workato Agentic Orchestration Platform, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate between customers and internal teams.
- • You will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, drive value realization, increase adoption across business units, support retention and growth, and ensure overall customer satisfaction by aligning platform usage with customer business initiatives.
- • Workato delivers enterprise infrastructure for the agentic era, unifying data, applications, processes, and AI into a single governed platform, trusted by 50% of the Fortune 500 and recognized as a leader in Enterprise MCP with a cloud-native architecture enabling real-time orchestration at scale.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in customer business objectives, build strategic relationships with senior executives, create joint success plans, and champion customer needs internally to drive expansion, mitigate risk, and unlock growth opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS or equivalent education
- • 7+ years of professional experience in consulting, customer success, client relationship, or technical account management with a proven track record in increasing adoption, revenue retention, and customer satisfaction
- • Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts with ARR ranging from ~$200k to multi-million across Forbes Global 2000 companies
- • Strong written and oral presentation skills to effectively engage both business and technical stakeholders, from developers to C-level executives
- • Experience in integration and/or business automation, with awareness of processes in HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and post-sales customer organizations being a plus
- • Ability to navigate ambiguity, build consensus, foster accountability, and work with urgency to deliver customer outcomes
