- • As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Elliptic Enterprises Limited, you will champion uncovering and developing new commercial opportunities within the existing customer base, driving profitable annual contract revenue contribution and increased market share from the Elliptic solution and service portfolio.
- • You will manage a nominated list of enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle—from onboarding to renewal and expansion—serving as the main point of contact internally and externally, analyzing utilization data to assess renewal risk, and proactively mitigating risks while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- • You will join Elliptic’s global Commercial team, working in partnership with the Customer Success team to manage the upsell sales cycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, negotiation, custom proposal development, and closing deals to achieve >100% net account retention for named accounts.
- • In this role, you will build strategic customer account plans, conduct QBRs and product demos, negotiate terms and renewals, and exceed quarterly and annual quotas, all while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on the payment and crypto industries.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of Account Management experience selling SaaS solutions
- • Payments and/or crypto experience
- • Familiarity with compliance workflows
- • Experience working with customers distributed across multiple countries/states
- • Demonstrated track record of success and quota overachievement (top 10% performer at last company)
- • Ability to analyze customer usage and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities for additional services
