  • • As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Workato, you will serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for enterprise customers, ensuring their success through rapid adoption of the Workato Agentic Orchestration Platform and driving value realization across business functions.
  • • You will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, develop strategic relationships with senior executives, create joint success plans, monitor outcomes, and act as the primary point of escalation for customer issues while collaborating with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Professional Services.

🎯 Requirements

  • • BS or equivalent education
  • • 7+ years of professional experience in consulting, customer success, client relationship, or technical account management with a proven track record in driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction across enterprise accounts ($200k+ ARR to multi-million)
  • • Experience in integration and/or business automation, with familiarity in HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, or post-sales functions
  • • Strong written and oral communication skills to engage both technical and C-level stakeholders
  • • Ability to navigate ambiguity, build consensus, and work with urgency to deliver customer outcomes
  • • Comfort with revenue targets, customer empathy, and passion for automation-driven business value
