- • As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Semperis, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of strategic enterprise customers in the Eastern region, guiding them through their entire lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
- • You will design and execute success plans, monitor customer health and satisfaction metrics, act as the voice of the customer to inform product development, lead training sessions, and develop programs such as health checks and workshops to drive product adoption and value realization.
- • You will collaborate closely with Technical Delivery, Sales, and Product teams to align on customer needs, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Semperis’ Customer Success processes and systems.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cybersecurity technologies, build executive-level relationships with CISOs and CIOs, and develop strategic skills in renewal forecasting, joint success planning, and competitive positioning within a fast-growing, award-winning cybersecurity organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager, technical account manager, or related customer-facing role in a Cybersecurity SaaS solutions company.
- • Hands-on product enablement experience with a security product vendor, including configuring alert and response rules, remediating Active Directory and Entra ID vulnerabilities, and conducting product health checks.
- • Strong foundational knowledge of cybersecurity domains including network security, endpoint protection (EDR/XDR), cloud security (CSPM/CWPP), identity (IAM/SSO/MFA), SIEM, zero-trust, and threat intelligence.
- • Executive presence and communication skills to explain complex threats and product value to CISOs, CIOs, architects, and analysts.
- • Experience with SFDC and Active Directory.
- • Ability to build and execute Customer Success Plans/Joint Success Plans with sales owners and forecast renewal and expansion using ARR, NRR, and consumption metrics.
