- • As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Harvey AI Inc., you will play a critical role in guiding enterprise clients through their journey with Harvey’s AI platform, ensuring they adopt and derive maximum value from the technology while helping define the future of work in legal and professional services.
- • Day to day, you will lead the strategic implementation of Harvey into client workflows, provide training and enablement to end users, serve as the primary client contact with a consultative approach, manage success metrics using adoption and utilization KPIs, drive advocacy and engagement, monitor customer health for renewal and expansion, and relay client feedback to internal teams for product improvement, with occasional travel to customer and company offices.
