📋 Description

• • As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Semperis, you will ensure customer success and satisfaction by guiding strategic clients through their full lifecycle—from onboarding and implementation to upsell, cross-sell, and renewal—while acting as the voice of the customer to drive product improvements and business outcomes.
• • You will design and execute success plans, monitor customer health, lead training sessions, develop customer advocacy programs, and collaborate with Technical Delivery, Sales, and Product teams to maximize value and retention for enterprise clients in the Central region.
